I purchased Access 125 in 30th march 2018,just after one month I faced problem related to front break….After that very big issue with average….I got 34 km /l first time….After that I went to showroom and told them to do needful action…Right now again I am getting 39km /l….Wat is this Suzuki motorcycle…Why the are claiming 63 km/l and kum piti hai Nd all advertising…..

    Just take action…otherwise I will send mail to PMO office or consumer forum….
    Please do the needful…

  6. Sir, Really bad experience. I booked a Suzuki access limited edition 2018 without any safety guard but I got one with guards and I told them to replace the scooter without guards but they refused and told me the insurance was already done . At last we decided to remove the guard from there . Before my first service I noticed a bent on the side of floor board (safety rail tightening hole is here).I don’t Know this is from transit damage or ?. I informed them and they are not providing a proper response.

    ****After my first service(on the same day) I noticed my scooter’s head light beam power is low and focus of my head light is also changed from correct position(light is scattering).What happened to my head light? because I can feel the difference !* till 700 kms I drove the machine on a high quality light beam.

    **Really I lost my trust on their service team.

  7. I have Suzuki gixxer sf fi (abs) form sept 2017. Now there is some problem with my abs and fuel injection, when i ask service manager about it he said don’t worry it’s not important,when your bike will get serious issue we will see.
    In pune, suzuki has worst service. the mechanics of suzuki they even don’t know how to check whether abs is working or not and don’t know anything about fuel injection. They just know how change oil and servicing is done. now i am regretting for my decision to buy suzuki product. seriously they have worst service i have seen in my life till.
    NOT THANK YOU AT ALL.

  12. I have experience that one of the most worst service in all over India.
    Jammu Suzuki service station Rehari is one of the Bulger service station in my life time experience.

    I purchase my access 125 in 2012 it was good in speed as well as power and looks.
    In last year my scooty was not running property due to some engine problem and I decided to go Jammu from Udhampur for engine service in September 2017
    Your service station workers all these things change and service the engine as per required things.
    I had pay near about 8000 for engine service and 350 for 1year engine warranty and came back home.
    After 1 month service First service done and also pay as per service bill.
    Only 2 days scooty running gud again I have suffering from the same engine problem.
    Problem is scooty not start in self as well as kick.
    Again we go for engine checkup in your service station and he said this is another engine part problem we need to change the part.
    While I have a 1 year guarantee card but still I have paid again 850 rupees.
    And come to udhampur.
    After 1 day again have same engine problem.
    Than I have decided to complain to your website and raise a complaint.
    Some one company guy contact me and ask about issue.
    And Ur employe has send someone service guy. He had checked but unable to find what happening.
    And ur company guy tod me to send ur snooty in service station.
    Again I have toe my scooty in auto trolley and give him 2000 rs from udhampur to Jammu.
    Now today is the 4th day we receive the snooty.
    Again I have the same issue.
    Scooty not able to start if start it’s power is like 10.CC.
    Now this is the last complaint I have raised. After that I am going to case a file against ur service station about customer harassment.

    I had buyed a new suzuki access before 5 mnth , i sale that scooter at 47000 , to one of the customer , coz its mileage is only 33 nd i m very unsatisfied with dat , now i want another suzuki access 125 , so u give me the opportunity to buy it in 47000 , if u make this i will be very thankful to u
